Venue: Kuandu Museum of Fine Arts (關渡美術館)
Group: Paper Windmill Theatre (紙風車劇團)

Launched in 1993, the Guandu Art Festival (關渡藝術節) is a popular series of performing art events in the Guandu area as well as the primary venue for students at the National Taipei University of Arts (NTUA, 國立台北藝術大學) to show off their art.

This year's festival also celebrates the 25th anniversary of NTUA. Two major exhibitions will also be held to cap the stage shows, including a display of artworks by NTUA's alumni artists and a special photo exhibition documenting the ebbs and flows of NTUA's past 25 years.

In addition, there will be workshops and outdoor gigs that provide visitors an alternative entertainment outside the Kuandu Museum of Fine Arts (關渡美術館), which is located on the campus of NTUA.

The lineup of participating performing groups is made up of some of Taipei's best-known groups, including Paper Windmill Theatre (紙風車劇團), Godot Theatre Company (果陀劇場), Taipei Dance Circle (光環舞集) and Forum Music (十方樂集).

The festival will kick off with an exclusive performance by Ming Hwa Yuan (明華園).

For more information about the schedule of the shows, please call (02) 28961000.
