Kaohsiung Children's Museum of Art under Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Art is located in the north of Neiweipi Cultural Park.
In 2003, Kaohsiung Children's Museum of Art started to arrange the establishment of children's art museum. In 2005, Kaohsiung Children's Museum of Art formally opened to the public and it was Taiwan's first official children-specific art museum.
Children’s Museum of art has an array of learning objects the invite visitors to explore, experience, and interact with. Exhibitions were designed at the hands of local artists to stimulate viewer’s curiosity about the exhibition objects and surroundings, encourage their motivation to learn via interaction, and enable them to appreciate art.
